We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS. ITEMS BOUGHT AT A DISCOUNT CANNOT BE RETURNED, ONLY EXCHANGED.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@guerdes.com. Our team will provide the return shipping address. While our company is based in North Carolina, USA, please note that returns must be shipped back to the original address from which your order was dispatched—this address may be outside the USA.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost associated with returning the item/s to the provided address in case of an exchange or return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In case an exchange is provided, we can't provide a refund for the item sent in replacement. Returns for exchanged items are not accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Orders labeled as "Delivered" by the carrier
If you claim your order has not been delivered but the carrier's website is showing that the status of the order is "Delivered" no refund will be provided. We will provide any information solicitated by you so you can investigate with the corresponding carrier.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Order cancellation
Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
